Hungarian Salmon for New Year's Eve

Hungarian Salmon

I recommend this New Year’s Eve dinner for people, who prefers light dinners.

700 gram salmon
100 gram mayonnaise
1 lemon
Oil
Salt
Pepper
Tarragon
White Pepper

Wash the salmon in running water. Cut from it 30 cubes. After that, hint with salt and pepper. Squeeze the lemon on the salmon. Take 3 cubes and drag it on a skewer.

Heat some oil and fry the salmons on both sides. Serve it with mayonnaise, which was before flavoured with white pepper and tarragon.

Serve with simple salads, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion.
